In this video I look back on 2019 and say thank you to all those who reacted to my channel videos.
I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who watched, liked, disliked, commented, and otherwise interacted with the videos in my channel.
All channels depend on such interactions and each act, no matter how small, encourages more creativity.
Even negative feedback has its value as it can encourage the consideration of seeing things from a new perspective.
2019 began with a video about the TR-3A Black Manta and TR-3B Astra.
It proved to be one of the year’s most popular videos with over 80k views and 925 likes so far.
January continued with several videos covering subjects such as; cabin crew pay, aviation news, ultralights, and drones.
Drones featured in several videos in January since Gatwick airport was closed for several days in December due to what was then thought to be incursions by one or more drones.
In February I started to convert some of the CAA’s Safety Sense leaflets into videos.
This mini project continued into March and became a playlist in its own right.
Also in March, James Ketchell set off on his around the world trip in a gyrocopter and I had the pleasure of a short flight with him before his departure.
This man and his machine were the inspiration for another video.
James has completed his journey and is now on a speaking tour.
April began with a series of videos about Urban Air Mobility.
This is going to be a subject that will generate many more headlines in 2020 and beyond.
May was a mixed bag of videos covering subjects as diverse as gyrocopters and UFOs.
The month ended with another drone video and June included one on that subject too.
June included some videos about my home airfield, Solent Airport.
July covered Disclosure, Ufology, General Aviation, and Unmanned Aviation careers.
August included two videos about electrically powered aircraft.
September saw another about Urban Air Mobility and a review of the Goodwood Revival earlier in the month.
October was a Ufology month with five videos on the subject published.
This rolled into November with two more and some client videos.
The theme continued with a final Ufology video for 2019 in mid December.
2019 then was a year in which the aviation themes included: General Aviation, Unidentified Flying Objects, and Urban Air Mobility.
2020 is likely to see more on UAM, electrically powered aircraft, UFOs & UAPs.
So stay tuned and remember to not only subscribe but also to click the bell icon to be notified of new videos.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.
