2020 is turning out to be quite a year, to put it mildly. I’m not going to repeat all the things that are going now as we’re all living through it and I don’t need to state the obvious.
What we can say though is there is a lot of fear, anxiety, and depression. The daily deluge of news is delivering an overdose of venom that is eating away our foundations.
So how can we steel ourselves against this onslaught? How can you gird your loins and stand tall and confident when the world seems to be going to hell in a handcart?
Let’s start with the fuel we put into our bodies – food and drink.
